| Day 1 Naples - Pompeii - Sorrento Pick up in Naples and departure for Pompeii. Guided tour of the Roman excavations and continue to your hotel in Sorrento, where you will be staying for three nights. Day 2 Amalfi Coast (Amalfi - Positano - Ravello) Full day excursion to the amazing Amalfi Coast. Drive on a spectacular road through tiny villages and stop in Amalfi, Positano and Ravello for a nice walk. You can visit Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone, two stunning places in Ravello, which are set in a scenic location overlooking the sea. Day 3 Capri Departure to Capri and visit the island, which is an enchanting and picturesque island made of limestone rock. See the famous "Piazzetta"(tiny square), where celebrities from all over the world hang out, visit the Gardens of Augustus and enjoy the atmosphere of this unique island Day 4 High Speed Train to Rome Transfer to Naples train station and departure with a High Speed Train to Rome (1.10h travel time). Visit the stunning Coliseum and the Roman Forum in the afternoon, before checking in at your hotel in Rome city center Day 5 Rome Guided tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel with St Peter's Basilica in the morning. Panoramic tour of the main attractions of the Eternal city in the afternoon. Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square and much more! Day 6 Orvieto - San Gimignano - Florence Departure for Orvieto, an old Etruscan town and see the stunning Cathedral. Explore the narrow streets of the town center and have a wine tasting in one of the typical wine cellars. Continue to San Gimignano, famous for its tower houses dating back to medieval time and which looks like a town plucked from a fairy tale and set into the Tuscan countryside. Enjoy a stroll in this marvelous village and take your time for pictures and an Italian "gelato" in the main square. Continue to Florence where you will arrive in the late afternoon Day 7 Florence Guided tour of the capital of Tuscany. Visit the worldwide famous Academy Gallery of Fine Arts (Michelangelo's David), Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and all the many attractions of the town. Time at leisure for shopping, leather market or a stroll on the cobbled streets of the old town. Return to Florence in the late afternoon Day 8 Pisa - Medieval village Drive through the Tuscan countryside up to an off the beaten path village and explore the typical houses, city wall and old buildings dating back to the 14th century. Have lunch in a local country farm, where you will taste extra virgin olive oil and delicious food. Continue to Pisa in the afternoon and see the extraordinary Leaning Tower and the Square of Miracle. Return to the hotel in Florence in the afternoon Day 9 Venice Departure with a High Speed Train for Venice (2h travel time). Arrival in Venice and board your private boat to your hotel set in the town center. Guided tour of Venice with the Doge's Palace and St Mark's Square in the afternoon. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure in Venice Day 10 Venice Full day at leisure in Venice and optional excursions as below * Optional 1 : Excursion with private boat to Murano & Burano islands with glass blowing demonstration (4h) ** Optional 2 : Walking tour with your guide (Bacari tour) in the evening where locals go when they eat out.
