Day 1 Arrival in Milan
Transfer from Milan train station/airport to your hotel in the city center, where you will be staying two nights

Day 2 Milan
Guided tour in the morning where you can see the main attractions of the city, like the Sforzesco Castle, the Cathedral, La Scala opera house and the famous shopping area. Time at leisure in the afternoon for more sightseeing, shopping or relax

Day 3 Milan - Wine tasting - Langhe
Departure with a High Speed train to Turin, famous for being the home of Italy's former royal family. Turin, with its fine, aristocratic atmosphere, old world sophisticated shops, grand boulevards and palaces, leafy parks, and several art galleries, is an increasingly popular tourist resort. Have a guided tour of the city center in the afternoon and see the Royal Palace, St Charles square and Via Po, an interesting walking street with long arcades and many historic palaces.

Day 4 Susa Valley - Sacra di San Michele Abbey
Departure for the Susa Valley, which alternates in a pattern of intensely-verdant fields and sky scraping, yet gently-rolling peaks. This Valley has long been a transit route at once for Catholic pilgrims and for merchants, soldiers and artists traveling to the Holy Land. Visit the spectacular Sacra di San Michele Abbey, otherwise known as being the inspiration for the famous novel, "The Name of the Rose".

Day 5 Barolo wine region
Departure for the Barolo wine region in the South of Piedmont along a scenic road and visit a historic wine cellar followed by a lunch with typical products and wine. Settle at your boutique hotel, where you will stay for three nights.

Day 6 La Morra - Grinzane Cavour castle - Alba
Drive through the town of Alba, the capital of white truffles and explore the hilltop village of La Morra, which is located in a spectacular place in the middle of wineries and visit “Grinzane Cavour” castle, home of Italy's first Prime Minister. Return to your hotel in the afternoon

Day 7 Barbaresco wine region
Today you visit the heart of the great barbaresco wine, driving through beautiful Piedmont villages, along scenic roads in the middle of worldwide known vineyards. Have a wine cellar tour and a wine tasting in one of the most famous winery near the lovely village of Barbaresco. Visit one of the most important Italian "grappa" distillery in Piedmont and have a tasting of delicious products in the afternoon

Day 8 Departure
Transfer to Milan train station/hotel/airport
