PRICES, DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS

• Prices shown are per person, in euro currency
• A first deposit of 10 % of the total price of the tour is due at the moment of booking.
• A second deposit of 25 % of the total price of the tour is due no later than 120 days prior to tour start.
• Balance payments are due 60 days prior to tour start

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 
If you cancel your tour reservation for any reason:

Deposits

• 10% non refundable
• 50 % refundable up until 120 days prior to tour start date
• 100 % non-refundable less than 120 days prior to tour start date

Balance payments

• 100 % refundable 60 days or more prior to tour start date
• 50 % refundable 60 to 31 days prior to tour start date
• no refund 30 days or less prior to tour start date

Physician documented emergency medical reasons or police documented cases of accident, flood, fire or crime are required for refunds.

We do not provide refunds for: non-medical personal problems; air carrier delays or cancellations; inability to obtain passports; business problems or emergencies; etc.

INSURANCE 

• We suggest you to purchase your own travel insurance providing cancellation coverage, airline tickets, trip delay, lost luggage or any potential medical expenses. It is not possible for Best Italian Vacations to provide protection coverage of any sort and you agree to buy insurance or travel at your own risk. NOT INCLUDED

• Air transportation, meals not listed as "included" and gratuities are not included.

DAILY  TOURS

• The total price of the daily tour is due at the moment of booking
• Payments are accepted by Visa, MasterCard. PayPal payments are subject to an additional fee of 4%
• If you cancel your tour reservation for any reason we refund 100% up until 7 days prior to tour start date   
• No refund less than 7 days prior to tour start date

TOUR CHANGES 

• Delays or itinerary changes caused by strikes, bad weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and we are not obliged to pay guests compensation

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

• No responsibility is accepted for any loss, expense, accident, injury, or damage to any person or property due to the actions or omissions of any person, or any cause, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, defects in machinery, breakdown of equipment, weather, quarantine, negligence, loss of baggage, or other causes beyond our control, such losses being the responsibility of the guest

• Any and all information submitted to us by you is held in strict confidence.Your name, address, phone number, email address, tour inquiry or purchase information will be used by Best Italian Vacations only and not shared with any third parties
